A volunteer-led movement united by a simple mission:

Stop health misinformation from harming people using evidence, education, and collective action.

We’re bringing together clinicians, patients, scientists, educators, technologists, advocates, policy makers and industry partners who believe that truth should be clear, accessible, and shared responsibly.

Misinformation thrives when people work in silos. So we’re connecting individuals and organisations already fighting it, linking initiatives together, and building a community where we can all share what works. We’re helping good science travel further by amplifying credible voices, turning evidence into clear, human-centred messages, and supporting content that genuinely helps people make informed decisions.

But we’re not here to tell people what to think. We’re here to strengthen critical thinking and health literacy skills, and hope to help create tools that help people spot, question, and challenge misleading information.

The Alliance is not a business, a PR vehicle, a propaganda machine, or just another discussion group. It’s a community-owned, multi‑stakeholder effort focused on action, not talk. Our governance is transparent, our ethics clear, and our commitment to evidence unwavering.

The Undoctored Truth Alliance community will work to slow the spread of false claims by promoting simple habits that make a big difference – like pausing before you share – and by exploring behavioural and technological solutions that shift online norms. So when misinformation emerges, we’ll all be able to speak up quickly and clearly.

No one person owns the Undoctored Truth Alliance. The community does. And together, we’re building a world where truth is easier to find, easier to understand, and harder to drown out.
